FAQ's
Of course you're curious, we wouldn't expect anything less....
Colour Analysis
What is colour analysis?
Colour analysis is a personalised process that identifies the shades that naturally complement your skin tone, hair, and eyes. Wearing the right colours can enhance your complexion, brighten your appearance, and help you look more polished with minimal effort.
How do you determine my best colours?
We assess your natural colouring, including undertone, depth, and contrast. During your session, we use professional draping techniques to see how different shades interact with your features and identify the palette that suits you best.
Will I have to stop wearing colours I love?
Not at all. The goal is to help you understand which colours work best near your face. You can still wear other colours in different ways, such as through accessories or lower garments.
Is colour analysis worth it?
If you’ve ever felt unsure about what suits you or wasted money on clothes you rarely wear, colour analysis can simplify your choices and help you build a more cohesive wardrobe.
Style Analysis
What is style analysis?
Style analysis focuses on identifying the clothing shapes, cuts, and overall aesthetic that best suit your body proportions, lifestyle, and personality. It’s about creating a look that feels both flattering and authentic to you.
Will you tell me what I can and can’t wear?
No—this isn’t about strict rules. Instead, we help you understand why certain styles work for you, so you can make confident choices while still expressing your personal taste.
Do I need to lose weight before a session?
Absolutely not. Style analysis is about dressing the body you have now and helping you feel confident in it.
Can my style change over time?
Yes. Your style naturally evolves with your lifestyle, preferences, and confidence. My approach gives you a strong foundation that can adapt as your life changes.
Is this service only for women?
Not at all. Like colour analysis, style analysis is just as valuable for men, particularly when it comes to fit, colour coordination, and building a streamlined wardrobe.
Transformational Coaching (NLP and Time Line Therapy®)
What is transformational coaching?
Transformational coaching focuses on creating change at an identity level, not just addressing surface challenges. Rather than giving advice or strategies alone, this work explores the beliefs, emotions, patterns, and decisions that shape how you think, feel, and act — so change feels natural and lasting.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before starting?
No. Many people come feeling stuck, unsure, or unable to articulate what’s wrong — only that something needs to change. Clarity is something we create together during the process.
Will I have to relive past experiences or trauma?
No. The methods used (including NLP and Time Line Therapy®) allow emotional release without reliving or re‑telling painful events - we call this content free.
How long does the transformation take?
Change often begins quickly, sometimes after just one or two sessions. Lasting transformation happens over time, which is why the packages are structured to allow integration, reflection, and embodiment. I will help you find the right bespoke package for you.
Can I combine coaching with personal styling?
Yes — and this is where Reasons to Rise is unique. Coaching and styling are often interwoven so that internal shifts are reflected externally.
How do the sessions work?
All coaching sessions are 1:1 and delivered online. This allows flexibility, privacy, and continuity wherever you are based. Sessions typically 60 mins and are every 1-2 weeks, we agree this together to best suit your pace, availability, and integration needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for most packages and can be discussed during your initial conversation.
How do I get started?
The first step is a confidential conversation. This allows us to explore what you want to change, answer any remaining questions, and ensure the support offered is right for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a willingness to begin.
